BARNABAS Clothing Now At Trendy Treasures Online
The owner of Trendy Treasures Online was recently introduced to BARNABAS and its founder Alex Aquino by one of her three daughters. Not only was the BARNABAS clothing line unique, but the meaning and purpose behind the brand was truly inspiring. Trendy Treasures Online is proud to carry the BARNABAS clothing brand and supports its efforts to providing help those in Kenya affected by HIV/AIDS.
Why Trendy Treasures Online Loves BARNABAS
The world is filled with T-shirt brands - But Barnabas is a different kind of company. Barnabas donates ten percent of sales from each of its hoodies, hats, cardigans and tees to Living Room Ministries International, an organization that helps Kenyans living with HIV and AIDS. The company was started in 2010 by Alexander Aquino, an entrepreneur and former model. His purpose was to stay true to his motto of living "a life worth imitating." He created Barnabas to inspire and encourage others to lead by example.

The BARNABAS logo depicts two straight lines with one life making a ripple effect symbolizing how ONE life can make an impact. BARNABAS Founder, President, and CEO
Alexander Aquino, the founder, President and CEO of BARNABAS, is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with diverse life experiences. As an international model, actor, photographer, and business owner, Alexander has enjoyed success in a number of industry endeavors, all of which have contributed to the vision and design for Barnabas.
But much of the real inspiration for Alexander came from working with youth as a mentor, youth leader and teacher. He has been greatly influenced by the excitement, honesty, and encouragement he has seen in the young people he's known and holds fast to the belief that for positive change to happen in the world, youth everywhere must be continually be inspired by a message of courage. His clothing line then not only captures the diversity, fashion and energy of youth culture, it also speaks out against settling for society's examples of normalcy.
